Ram Mohan M is a chemical engineer turned edupreneur and university rank holder from Bangalore University. With 25+ years across corporate and academic roles, he co-founded IndiaMerit and founded Ram's Maths Hub — India's first professional mentorship programme for maths teachers — while continuing to teach students directly. He has mentored 1000+ high-scoring students and is known for concept-based learning that prepares learners for olympiads and board exams alike. Under his guidance, more than 340 students have been selected into JNV, Sainik School, RIMC, and RMS between 2021 and 2025, with a teaching approach that pairs conceptual clarity with exam-specific strategy.

Lt Cdr Madhav T Vittal (Retd)
Lt Cdr Madhav T Vittal (Retd) is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and Stanford Graduate School of Business Ignite. He has served the Indian Navy for 10 years and has held challenging appointments during his tenure. He is a consultant with expertise in coming up with technology solutions to real world problems.
He joined Indian Navy as a Short Service Commissioned Officer. He has been the Training Coordinator and Registrar at the prestigious Naval College of Engineering, Lonavla. He has been the Training Manager at the Naval Institute of Training and Technology, a premier training establishment of Navy. He also holds the distinction of being the only Short Service Commissioned Officer to be appointed as Staff Officer to Chief of Staff, Southern Naval Command.
The officer has also completed Naval Operations Analysis courses from IIT Delhi and Cranfield University, UK. He is a Guest Faculty at Alliance University where he teaches Leadership and Professional Development to MBA students.
He is an avid sportsman and has been awarded "Best Outgoing Sportsman 2002-03" at SIT Tumkur and "Best Freshman 2006-07" at IIT Bombay. He is also a passionate golfer and has been Winner at BCIC Golf Championship 2023. He currently represents Karnataka in Pickleball, a sport which is gaining popularity across the globe.
He consults on Entrepreneurship, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, Design Thinking and enjoys solving real world problems harnessing technology.
